You can place a jumper wire from the protected side of the power seat circuit breaker location, to the protected side of the window circuit breaker. Then you have to replace the window circuit breaker with a blown fuse, or you will provide power to all ignition operated sources like the fuel pump, fans, ext. Both the window and seats will be protected by the seat circuit breaker. So, don't run the windows and the seats at the same time!

The circuit breakers are located in the side of the dashboard on the driver's side. Open the driver's door, and remove the cover panel. There will be a couple of circuit breakers underneath. You can pull them out to find out which parts they control.
